Amour - User Terms of Services

Welcome to Amour ("the App"), a multiplayer party game for couples and friends, developed by TEDE Development ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By tapping "Create New Room" or "Join Room" within the App, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms of Services
• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.1 Permitted Use

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• Create and join game rooms with other consenting players
• Purchase and use in-app content as intended

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Share your account or room access with unauthorized persons
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Circumvent any in-app purchase mechanisms

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

4.1 Payment

• In-app purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• All purchases are subject to the payment terms of the respective store
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

4.2 Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

4.3 One-Time Purchases

• One-time content unlocks (e.g., Date Night Mode, individual levels) are permanent
• Content is tied to your store account and may be restored via "Restore Purchases"

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to game cards, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TEDE Development and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Video Chat

The App offers peer-to-peer video chat features. You agree to:

• Use video chat only with consenting participants
• Not record, capture, or share video chat sessions without all participants' consent
• Be solely responsible for your conduct during video chats

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• Accuracy or completeness of any content
• That the App will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TEDE Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
